Frame and Suspension Assembly

Photo of the Upper Control Arm after installation.  We installed the control arms by first bolting the King Pin to the Lower Control Arm and then bolting the entire assembly onto the lower portion of the frame.  The Upper Control Arm was then bolted onto the upper portion of the frame.
The coil spring was then installed between the two control arms. Using a floor jack and chain, the entire assembly was then "squeezed" together until the King Pin lined up with the Upper Control Arm.  The pin was installed and that completed one side of the front suspension assembly.
Rather than installing new rear leaf springs, we inserted two additional leaves into the existing stack of springs.  I will need to buy longer U-Bolts since the increase in height of the springs only left me with about a half-inch of thread to work with.
This is how the car looked when we decided to call it a day.
